The Shift group was founded in 2013 by Alexandre Rocco, Damien Ballade and Julien Perdriel under a joint venture with Devoteam, a European IT consulting firm. This fast-growing company, which already has 100 consultants after just five years in business, advises large enterprises, helps them plan and manage their digital projects and assists them with their strategy and IT governance. The Shift group is organised and managed as an intrapreneurial ecosystem with a focus on attracting and retaining talented people and fluid collaboration among the complementary teams of Shift Consulting (planning and management of digital projects, Shift Partners (ISD relay management and coaching), Shift Digital (optimisation of the digital services User Experience), Shift Easy (intermediation of freelance experts) and Shift Orange (digital transformation consulting for pharmaceutical laboratories).
