Founded in 2003 and based in Saint-Germain en Laye, near Paris, Halifax Consulting is a specialist in sales performance. Historically focused on the training of sales people in large groups and SMEs, Halifax has developed a range of skills that now enables it to operate across the entire value chain of its market. The group offers its clients a complete range of services, from sales transformation consulting to post-training follow-up for sales managers. Despite the health crisis, the group's activity is growing and it employs around twenty people and fifty freelancers for a consolidated turnover of 6 million euros, of which more than 25% is generated abroad. The group's development is based on the digitalisation of training (more than 100 e-learning modules created internally and available in 10 languages) and internationalisation (4 subsidiaries and more than 10 distributors abroad).
