Based in Neuilly-sur-Marne, Cortex is a French company specialising in business document publishing solutions (outsourced management of a company's incoming and outgoing mail), electronic document conversion and voting management for both public and private customers. Thanks to its multi-year contracts and a low churn rate, Cortex has good visibility in terms of its revenues. Managed by Philippe Marill since 1997, the company has been majority held since 2011 by AM Trust, an office printing specialist. By partnering with Capitem Partenaires, Philippe Marill has reacquired most of the capital, along with the three key managers, while ensuring the AM Trust group's exit.
