DMR Services Group is continuing its expansion with the acquisition of EPSIG, an Isère-based company specialized in public and sports lighting, road signage, overhead contact lines for public transport systems, and the medium- and low-voltage power distribution associated with these installations.
Founded in 2003, DMR Services has gradually established itself as an independent player in electrical engineering, structured around 12 complementary brands and 6 business divisions (Design Office, Industry, Commercial Buildings, Networks, Training, and Maintenance). The Group now employs more than 185 people, operates 8 branches across eastern France as well as a site in Sétif, Algeria, and generates €31 million in revenue. It offers its clients a comprehensive range of services in electricity, networks, automation, instrumentation, maintenance, and related technical services.
This acquisition is part of the development strategy defined by the management team alongside Capitem Partenaires. As the Group’s lead shareholder, Capitem supports DMR Services in executing its external growth strategy, from target identification and approach to transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution.
Based in Veurey-Voroize, near Grenoble, EPSIG was founded in 2007 by two experienced industry professionals. With 15 employees and €6 million in revenue, the company has developed recognized expertise in public and sports lighting works, road signage, traffic lights, overhead contact lines, and the associated medium- and low-voltage electrical networks.
The combination of DMR Services and EPSIG is underpinned by a clear industrial rationale. It enables the Group to strengthen its Networks division, broaden its offering with complementary technical expertise, and deepen its presence in southeastern France, closer to both public- and private-sector clients.
This acquisition illustrates DMR Services’ ability to pursue a targeted external growth strategy, fully consistent with its positioning as an integrator and in support of a long-term industrial project.
