TDS Group, a leading independent player in the French corporate concierge and hospitality market, is continuing to expand by acquiring La Minut'Rit with the support of Capitem Partenaires and its historic Business Angels.
TDS Group, originally founded in 2007 under the historic Easylife brand, is the result of the merger between 4 industry players Easylife, Corporate Premier (2022), TODOTODAY (2022) and Fidensio (2024).
The business is divided into four areas: Corporate Concierge Services, Office Management, Concierge Services for prestigious properties and Hospitality. The company's mission is to make the day-to-day lives of employees and residents/occupiers easier and more enjoyable by offering a range of services that are useful and accessible to everyone within companies, local authorities, property residences, health establishments, etc.
Consequently, the solutions offered by TDS are genuine HR tools for meeting the challenges of recruiting and retaining employees, in particular by improving the quality of life at work (QWL). But it's also an opportunity for players in the corporate or upmarket property sector to boost the occupancy rate of their properties and enliven the communal areas of their buildings.
The group has been built up through organic growth of the historic Easylife brand, but also through external growth. Between May 2022 and January 2024, three successive acquisitions were made with Corporate Premier (integrated hospitality programmes), TODOTODAY (made-to-measure premium services) and Fidensio (100% digital concierge services). In this way, the TDS Group covers the full range of market needs.
By 2024, the TDS Group will have 120 concierge sites in France, in 38 cities, 180 employees, 100,000 users and 1 million services rendered annually, generating nearly €12m in consolidated sales.
As the French leader in hospitality and concierge services, the TDS Group is continuing its strategy of external growth by acquiring La Minut'Rit in June 2024.
Damien Gassies, Investment director at Capitem Partenaires : « We've known the TDS Group and its CEO, Xavier Sapet, for several years, and we've been able to observe the group's impressive growth curve. X. Sapet has been able to pursue a policy of rapid expansion, while at the same time structuring his teams to reach a new scale and maturity. Today, we are proud to be a shareholder of a leader in its market ».
Strengthening its leadership position with the acquisition of La Minut'Rit
La Minut'Rit is a specialist in concierge services for small businesses.
In figures, La Minut'Rit currently has 250 sites up and running, 50 employees, 9 franchise managers across France and a strong portfolio of loyal customers.
After 3 years of discussions between the parties, La Minut'Rit joined the TDS Group in order to strengthen the Group's geographical positioning and portfolio of services, and to reach critical size of over (i) €15m in sales, (ii) 350 sites in France and (iii) 240 employees.
The TDS Group is thus consolidating its position as France's leading independent concierge and hospitality company.
To support this new build-up, the TDS Group has opened up its capital to Capitem Partenaires, which is taking a minority stake, and continues to rely on its pool of historic investors (Business Angels).
Xavier Sapet, CEO of TDS : « Xavier Sapet, CEO of the Group: ‘I have been able to build up a relationship of trust with Damien Gassies over a long period of time, which has enabled us to organise this capital opening in the best possible way, while respecting the needs of the company and its stakeholders. Understanding the business, listening and adaptability were the key factors in our choice to work with Capitem Partenaires».
